Armed with a strong academic foundation in Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, and an MBA, her career journey has spanned leadership roles in Marketing, Strategic Planning, New Product Development, NDDS, In-Licensing, and Business Development — across both APIs and formulations. She has worked with some of the world’s most respected healthcare organizations, including Bristol-Myers Squibb, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, Biocon, and the Organisation of Pharmaceutical Producers of India.
Her pursuit of excellence led her to South Korea, where she spent time exploring advanced skincare laboratories, evaluating formulations firsthand, and studying the science behind their superior performance. Inspired by Korea’s evidence-based approach to beauty, Nitika envisioned a platform that would bring clinically proven Korean innovations to Indian dermatologists and skincare professionals.
